Neon Engineering & Mineral Company was 12 years back & has specialization in fertilizer mainly SSP & NPK industry & Mineral grinding & processing field.The Company is mainly managed by Mr. Vinod Gadia & Mr. Naresh Gadia supported by a team of technical & skilled persons.
Mr. Vinod Gadia, M.Sc., M.Sc.Tech. in Applied Geology is a technocrat having vast experience in mineral, mining & mineral processing. He has carried out a deep study on Jhabua Rock Phosphate before implementation of rock phosphate beneficiation plant of M/S Krishna Phosphate Ltd. Udaipur in Rajasthan is highly rich in mineral wealth & many new concepts & technologies introduced by him to reduce the production cost. Major Achievements of the Company
- Development of raw coal fire furnace for hot air generation replacing Oil fired furnace for Single Super Phosphate & NPK granulation process. This development saved handsome amount on account of fuel consumption in granulation process & most of the units of Rajasthan, Gujarat & Maharashtra are the beneficiary of this development. The saving can be assessed from the fact that the pay back period of furnace is just 45 to 75 days depending on production & the routine maintenance is almost zero.
- Designing, manufacturing & suppling, erection & commissioning of countryâÂÂs first & only 100% E.O.U. in Kandla SEZ for M/S Transword Furtichem Pvt. Ltd. Having 15 TPH capacity NPK granulation with complete automization, implementing some new concepts successfully.
- Planning, designing & implantation of 400 TPD Rock Beneficiation plant first in Private sector in the country at Meghnagar, Jhabua.
- Implementation of new concept & technologies in mineral grinding & processing industry & reducing the production cost in this field.
